Massage Therapy

Pre-natal massage is designed to provide comfort and relaxation to those who are expecting. This massage therapy helps to alleviate the physical and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy. The massage therapist uses gentle and safe techniques to promote circulation, reduce swelling, and relieve tension in the muscles and joints. Pre-natal massage also promotes better sleep, reduces stress and anxiety, and helps to improve the overall well-being of the mother and baby. It is recommended that those who are expecting consult with their healthcare provider before receiving pre-natal massage to ensure that it is safe for them and their baby.
